Monday Morning Mille Lacs Ice Report - 12/20/21

Ice Camp was out over the weekend checking ice and found a wide variety of ice thickness 8-10’’ around the East side of the lake.

Come Thursday 12/23 we are looking to have our rentals out on the ice to start the season so check in with us to see availability.

Fishing wise we were in 16-21’ of water and the set lines were outproducing jigging. Shiner with a small chartreuse or red hook is still the ticket on the set lines. The trusty ol Buckshot in green glow and a Silver Coffin Spoon both produced nice walleyes jigging next to the set lines. All the fish we caught were fat and came in aggressively on the Hummingbird Mega Live.
